We accept the following methods of payment Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Discover, and all other major Credit / Debit Cards.
Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer.
Due to inevitable fraudulent activity Aldan International Inc. will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Aldan International Inc. (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:
- Shipping Costs will not be refunded.
- Please allow one week for refunds to be processed.
- Items- All items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
- All items must be received by Aldan International Inc. within fourteen (14) days of receiving your merchandise. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services.
Aldan International Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS UP TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES.
How long until I receive my order?
Generally speaking you should expect your order within 7-14 days dependent on where you’re located. Large orders may take up to 3-4 weeks.
